Calling is the quickest way to establish whether the required product mix can be quoted. Commercial details should then be recorded in writing before payment.

Call with the requirement
Share the Rungta grade, diameter-wise quantity in MT, delivery location and required date.
Step 2
Review the written quotation
Check the material description, price basis, GST, freight, quote validity, delivery terms and buyer details.
Step 3
Pay the required advance
Premier Steels does not provide credit. The advance stated in the accepted quotation must be received before dispatch.
Step 4
Confirm dispatch details
Dispatch timing and the documents applicable to the consignment are confirmed against the accepted order.
Two quoted supply routes
Ex-yard supply or eligible plant-to-site dispatch
The dispatch route is confirmed in the accepted quotation. It depends on the size mix, availability, total tonnage, delivery location and vehicle economics.
Route 02
Eligible full-truckload plant-to-delivery-site dispatch
For a suitable full-truckload requirement, the accepted quotation may specify dispatch from Rungta’s Chaliyama or Kamanda plant to the buyer’s confirmed delivery site.
How bill-to/ship-to works
For an applicable plant dispatch, Rungta bills Premier Steels and Premier Steels separately invoices the buyer while the material travels to the buyer’s confirmed site. This is not direct manufacturer billing to the buyer. Origin, availability, documents, taxes, freight, unloading responsibility and timing remain specific to the accepted quotation.

- Buyer can complete advance payment before dispatch
Payment and quotation terms
No credit is available. The applicable advance, taxes, freight, delivery schedule and validity period will be stated in the quotation. Dispatch proceeds only after the required advance is received and the order is accepted.
